National Wreaths Across America Day will be held on December 18th this year with an annual mission to Remember, Honor and Teach about our nation’s fallen veterans. There will be coordinated wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,500 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad. Shell Rotella has been a long supporter of Wreaths Across America and the many truck drivers that make this annual program possible.

The trucking industry serves a vital role in this program, hundreds of truck drivers and fleets volunteer to transport wreaths to cemeteries across the country. On December 18th, Wreaths Across America transportation partners will deliver more than two million Veterans’ Wreaths to be placed on graves of our fallen heroes all over the country. Shell Rotella has donated $2,500 to Wreaths Across America to purchase wreaths and to help ensure that every fallen soldier’s grave is properly honored.

In addition, we have established a Shell Rotella Donation Page through Wreaths Across America where you can go to donate wreaths. The cost for a wreath is $15 and you can select how many you wish to donate. We have listed Arlington National, Houston National and Georgia National Cemeteries. However, you also have the option to choose a different cemetery.

For drivers interested in transporting wreaths and becoming part of the "Honor Fleet," there is still time to volunteer for this important service. More information is available on the organization’s Transportation Partner page.

A few years ago, Shell Rotella produced a short-form documentary that provides a glimpse into the hardworking efforts of Wreaths Across America founder Morrill Worcester and what led him to start this tradition as a way to honor our fallen veterans. The film also highlights the behind-the-scenes effort driven by truckers that makes Wreaths Across America a continuing success
